Conscientious objection to military expenditures or Tax Objection is an act of civil disobedience to show the refusal to collaborate with the State in preparing for wars and in maintaining the military structure. It translates into active disobedience at the time of filing the income statement.
From SIOF (Servei d’Informació de l’Objecció Fiscal a les despeses militars), a non-profit entity that supports all the campaigns that are carried out annually in Catalonia and in Spain, it works to give advice to carry out the tax objection to military expenditures.
