1.7. PAYMENT AND PRICES OF SERVICES

Prices are in euros and payment is made by direct debit.

1.8.  RESPONSIBILITIES

The User acknowledges that he/she serves the website centredelas.org only in his/her own risk and/or responsibility and admits that the service and any element in the material, including in a non-exhaustive manner the contingut, the services, the advertising announcements (the “elements”) are provided explicitly and that centredelas.org does not expressly or implicitly guarantee the elements It includes, among others, the incompliment, the title or the adequacy to a particular object or purpose. In this way, the obligations will be suspended during the period in which the cause of force majeure continues, and CENTRE DELÀS D’ESTUDIS PER LA PAU will have an extension in the term to comply with them for a period of time equal to the duration of the cause of force majeure. CENTRE DELÀS D’ESTUDIS PER LA PAU will use all reasonable means to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations despite the cause of force majeure. 1.10.  RESIGNATION

No waiver by CENTRE DELÀS D’ESTUDIS PER LA PAU of a specific legal right or action or the lack of a requirement by CENTRE DELÀS D’ESTUDIS PER LA PAU for strict compliance by the User with some of its obligations will entail a waiver of other rights or actions derived from a contract or the Conditions. No waiver by CENTRE DELÀS D’ESTUDIS PER LA PAU of any of these Conditions or of the rights or actions derived from a contract will take effect, unless it is expressly established that it is a waiver and is formalized and communicated to the User in writing.

No waiver by CENTRE DELÀS D’ESTUDIS PER LA PAU of a specific legal right or action, or the lack of a requirement for a User to comply with any of its obligations on its part, will in any case imply a waiver of other rights or actions derived from a contract or the Conditions, nor will it exonerate the User from compliance with them.

1.11. NULLITY, APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

If any of the Conditions presented herein are declared null and void without effect by a final resolution issued by the competent authority, the rest of the clauses will remain in force, as long as they are affected by this declaration of nullity.

The access, navigation and/or use of this website and any controversy, problem or disagreement that may arise or this relates to the access, navigation and/or use of the Web, or the interpretation and execution of these Conditions, between CENTRE DELÀS D’ESTUDIS PER LA PAU and the User, will be subject to Spanish legislation and the jurisdiction of Spanish judiciary and courts.

In the event of a dispute, the user may first contact CENTRE DELÀS D’ESTUDIS PER LA PAU to reach an amicable resolution. If an agreement is not reached, CENTRE DELÀS D’ESTUDIS PER LA PAU and the users, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of CENTRE DELÀS D’ESTUDIS PER LA PAU for any controversy that may arise from the access or use of the same. These Conditions are established in the Spanish language and will be executed and interpreted in accordance with current Spanish regulations and any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
