Spanish military expenditure 2009

The Spanish State Budgets project for next year 2009 has been presented in the Congress of Deputies. These budgets are presented in an international conjuncture of economic crisis especially aggravated in the Spanish case. The Spanish Government announces the containment of spending in the public sector and especially that relating to the Ministry of Defense, which says it will be reduced by 3%.
